23 patient inquiries in a year.
Then 140.

Dr. Randeep Sidhu had already been through larger agencies before he called me. Every one of them sold him a package. Not one of them asked what his practice actually sounded like. Here is what the next two and a half years produced, in his own analytics and in his own words.

Dr. Randeep Sidhu, in his own words. Four minutes.

Before this started

He did not come to me with a traffic problem.

He came with a trust problem, and three specific reasons the last few attempts had not fixed it.

01

He was sold a package, not a plan

Every agency led with the same deck and the same list. Four blog posts, one report, a monthly call with an account manager. Nobody asked what kind of patient the practice wanted through the door, so nothing that got built was aimed at one.

02

Somebody else wrote his voice

A family practice run by two doctors reads differently from a chain, and it should. What came back read like it had been lifted off another dentist's site, because in substance it had. He had no say in the messaging of his own business.

03

A 40 year name he could not keep using

He and Dr. Kraja took over a practice with four decades of local history and put their own name on the door. In healthcare you cannot borrow somebody else's reputation forever. The new name had to earn its own, from zero, online.

The primary product we deliver isn't fixing teeth. It's trust. And trust and authority is really what drives the business.Dr. Randeep Sidhu, Kraja & Sidhu Dental

The numbers

What two and a half years of it compounds into.

Figures compare 1 Nov 2024 to 1 Nov 2025 against 1 Nov 2023 to 31 Oct 2024. That is year two of an active partnership measured against year one, not a before and after against a previous agency. Source: the practice's own Google Analytics 4 and Semrush, pulled 26 Aug 2026.

People who found the website
Year one

Year two

Three times the audience, on an account that was already running. This is the second year of growth, not the first.

Returning visitors

Up 14% while reach tripled, which is the hard way to do it.

One number went the other way. Engaged sessions per active user fell from 0.43 to 0.37, down 15%. That is what happens when reach widens fast: a larger share of visitors are strangers on their first look. It is reported here because leaving it out would make the rest less believable.

Barely any of it bought. Dr. Sidhu asked for growth that keeps working after the invoices stop, and that is what the mix shows.

Search position

You will not beat WebMD. You do not need to.

Dr. Sidhu is blunt about it: on broad informational searches, against WebMD and Healthline, there is no chance. So we did not try. The whole strategy was narrow and specific, which is where a single practice can actually win. Four of the five priority terms now hold number one.

Four of five, not five of five. The one at position four is the highest volume term of the set and it is still climbing.

Roughly 600 people a month search these two doctors by name

Patients checking who they are about to see. Employers. Insurance referrals. Before this, that traffic landed on directory sites and third party profiles the practice does not control and cannot edit. Now it lands on their own bio pages.

Authority, which is the part that keeps paying

1,500 search terms now rank for a site that had a fraction of that in December 2023. No paid keywords anywhere in the mix, and a backlink profile built from citations and genuine coverage rather than bought links.

In his words

Dr. Sidhu on why this one worked.

”

Big agencies follow sort of a cookie-cutter method, selling you a pre-packaged product. We were looking for someone who could help us translate what our authentic message is, where we feel like we belong in the space. We're obviously not an office for everyone, so we wanted someone who would understand our philosophy and the people we want to appeal to.

On why he left the larger agencies

I plan to be in business for a long time, so my focus was more on organic SEO growth and authority-building, even if that took more time, rather than pay-per-click that gives you immediate results but they're not sustainable. We want a steady flow, not just a spike.

On choosing organic over paid

We took over this business with a brand established over 40 years ago, very entrenched in the community. But with healthcare businesses, you can't use someone else's name forever, so you need to build your own. For us, this has been about confirmation and authority-building.

On rebuilding a family legacy brand

Tailored. Bespoke. Geared to the end result, not some monolithic goal. And flexibility. We pivoted a lot, and I think that's what's helped us get results faster after a year of cooperation.

On what the collaboration was actually like

We're certainly getting newer leads, we're tapping into a different demographic that we weren't tapping into in the past. And it's had the biggest impact on existing patients too: when someone's about to invest a significant amount, they want to know you're reputable.

On the business outcome

They asked to slow down and cut the budget partway through.
It still did this.

A one year plan stretched across two years, at $799 a month, and the curve is still climbing. Dr. Sidhu never wanted a spike. He wanted a practice that still gets found in ten years, which is slower to build and the only kind that keeps working once you stop paying for it.
